Another fun filled week has flown by in Red Deer class.

The film theme began on Monday when we filmed our own explanations of the Water Cycle with talking raindrops and storm clouds as well as weather forecasters and professors.

Tuesday we were enthralled by the visit of the team from Aardman Animations and watched with amazement the transformation of two blocks of modelling clay into Shaun the Sheep (who can now be seen in our Trophy cabinet). Our rendition of ‘Happy Baaaarday’ and Marie’s fantastic birthday cake were also memorable.

On Wednesday Monty brought in his award winning animation – my favourite part was the chap swimming.

The excitement has continued today with Mr Bint’s bell ringing demonstration and explanation of what is happening to the bels from St Michael’s Church. This afternoon we visited the History of Our School exhibition in the hall which celebrates the last 80 years of this building. The exhibition is open all weekend so do come in and have a look.

Next week we look forward to our Harvest Celebration on Monday afternoon and to marking Pupil Voice week.

Reminders are attached below. Enjoy the sunshine and have a great weekend.
