In science we found out how fast we can run. We looked at data and analyzed it. We found out what sugar and vegetables do to your running ability. We discovered that food makes a difference to how fast you can run. Having big feet doesn’t necessarily make you faster!
We are finding out about London and Dartmoor and what makes each place unique. On Friday three people from OCRA Sue, Josh and Marie did a special sports day with our class. We had numbers on our PE shirts! We did long jump, they used a tape measure to see who could jump the furthest and who could throw the furthest. We did two running activities, one was long and one was short. We finished reading the Owl who was Afraid of the Dark, and we started a new book called Hansel and Gretel. It was European Day of Languages on Friday. We named lots of European countries. George knew the most! We were going to sing some songs in French, but the computer stopped working! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXkJ88ygPY0&safe=active We learnt rugby skills and we made our mosaic tiles.
