Arbor - Parent Guide
We use Arbor as our Management Information System in school. Once we have set up an account for your child, we will send out an invitation email for you to sign in on the app. This allows us to work collaboratively to ensure we have the correct information for your child. School Gateway
School Gateway is an app – found on the app store - which our parents use to order and pay for school lunches, clubs, trips and so on and you will need to register for this. You will need to set up an account using the mobile number and email address that you have provided to school in your data collection forms.
We also use the system to gain permission for school trips and other sporting activities. You will also be able to view our school menu and make dinner selections for your child, several weeks in advance should you wish to do so. The deadline for ordering meals is midnight on Thursday for the following week. If lunches haven’t been pre-ordered, a packed lunch should be sent in.
If you already have an older child at school, it is important that you use the same email address and phone number to sign up for both, otherwise the accounts will not sync up and not all children will appear when you login. If you experience any difficulties signing up or notice something isn’t quite right, please do get in touch.
