Welcome to Chagford C of E Primary School Parents, Teachers and Friends Association
The PTFA is a registered charity (1107183) with the aim of raising funds for the benefit of all the children at Chagford C of E Primary School. Our goal is to complement and enrich the children’s education, and provide extra equipment/facilities not covered by the general school budget. All parents are automatically members of the PTFA and are welcome to participate as much or as little as they wish. Anyone connected to the school is invited to attend meetings which are currently being held online half-termly. New faces are always welcome.
We organise a wide range of activities which support the school and pupils, while also building strong relationships with our wider school family and local community. We are always in need of volunteers! It could be putting up posters around town, using contacts to engage local media or request prize donations, sharing fundraising ideas, technical knowhow….if you can help in any way please do get in touch by emailing [email protected]
Other simple ways to help are by registering for Easyfundraising. If you are shopping online anyway, a percentage of what you pay is donated to Chagford PTFA without costing you anything extra.
