The Foundry Hub comprise primary schools from South Tawton, North Tawton,Chagford and EXbourne. Our primary schools are a small hub within the Dartmoor Multi-Academy Trust, established in January 2018.

NORTH TAWTON COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL AND NURSERY
North Tawton Community Primary School and Nursery – North Tawton is a popular one form entry school situated in the heart of rural Devon. We pride ourselves on being a central part of the local community and benefit from a large school site. SOUTH TAWTON PRIMARY SCHOOL AND PRESCHOOL
South Tawton Primary School is a medium sized school with 200 pupils on roll and is in the heart of Dartmoor. The school is very much part of the local community and participates in many local events. Little Beacons Pre- School) is an important part of the school and currently has 35 additional pupils on roll. The school has a strong community ethos and is proud of its sporting prowess: regularly participating in competitive sporting events held within the local area against other primary schools and providing a variety of extracurricular sports clubs across the normal school week. We are a small, village, three-class school, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and close to the market town of Okehampton. We aim to foster excellent relationships with parents and the local community and to provide a broad and balanced education that meets the needs of every child. Our work is underpinned by our Christian distinctiveness and seeks to grow each child spiritually, socially, emotionally and through quality teaching.
