Dear Families, I do hope you are all keeping well. I’m sure you all heard the good news announced on Tuesday; the Prime Minister has said that schools will be open for all children in September. I know this seems like a very long way off, but it is good news nonetheless. We would love to welcome more children in to school before the summer holiday, but the current social distancing rules do not allow us to. If this changes, we will let you know. Miss Penny’s Weekly Family Challenge - Joyful June from Action for Happiness
I hope this chart is helping you have some joyful moments this month. When you have completed the last 4 days of June you can always go back and revisit some! I like the idea of creating a playlist of favourite songs. I remember making mixtapes when I was a teen (some of you will remember those!). Why not have a family playlist? Each member could nominate two or three favourite songs you could play when you are all together. See https://www.actionforhappiness.org/joyful-june Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek and Slide For those of you who love the sun, I’m sure this week has been great for you, I’m not a fan of temperatures this high, but appreciate that many people are! Please remember to Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek and Slide - Slip on a t-shirt, Slop on the sunscreen, Slap on a hat, Seek shade or shelter and Slide on sun glasses. Keep safe everybody. All the very best, Tara Penny Head of School Comments are closed.
